Moon Shine encompasses 14 hectares of unspoiled indigenous forest.
Experience the forest from the comfort of your stunningly hand crafted wooden cabin nestled among the trees.
With great respect to our environment we have created a small but enchanting venue for guests to appreciate the natural splendours of the very heart of The Garden Route.

Moon shine on Whiskey Creek Accommodation

Each private unit has self catering facilities, a bathroom with shower, toilet and basin and a parking bay.
There is an outdoor braai area, linen / towels (not beach towels), an indoor wood burning fireplace and there are no TVs.
Firefly and Bush pig Forest Cabins
2 sets of double French doors lead from an open plan interior onto the elevated deck surrounded by indigenous forest.
They each have a queen-size bed, a double sleeper couch, a Queen Anne fireplace and a fully equipped kitchenette.

Tree Frog Forest Cabin
A unique approach via a wooden walkway leads you to a wrap-around deck on 2 sides. The cabin is elevated high amongst the trees offering magical views of the forest and its creatures.
The cabins main bedroom has a queen size bed, an enticing upstairs loft area with 3 single beds, a spacious living area with open fireplace and French doors opening onto the deck and a fully equipped open plan kitchen.
Vervet Forest Cabin
Has a main bedroom with a queen size bed, a 2nd bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds sleeping up to 4 guests and a toilet with hand basin.
A lovely living area with open fire place and double French doors opens onto a large and private deck and there is a fully equipped open plan kitchen.
Butterfly Garden Cottage
This restored farm cottage is quaint, full of character and set in its own garden. It boasts the finest views on the property and a wide veranda from which to enjoy them.
It has 2 interleading bedrooms, 1 with a queen size bed and the other with double bunk and single bed, a toilet with hand basin and a zany shower tower.
There is a lovely fireplace in the living area and a fully equipped open plan kitchen.

How To Get To Moon shine on Whiskey Creek

Enter Moon Shine directly off the N2. When travelling from Plett towards Tsitsikamma you will see our sign 8 kms after the Keurbooms River bridge, turn left. When travelling from Tsitsikamma towards Plett we are 4 kms past the shop at The Crags, turn right.
We are also 14km from Plettenberg Bay towards Port Elizabeth, 8km from the Keurbooms River bridge, 17km from Nature's Valley beach and 11km from Keurboomstrand beach.
