Honeywood offers self-catering and dinner, bed and reakfast accommodation, conferences and team building as well as a wedding and events venue. We are the ideal venue for events that require accommodation for out of town family or colleagues. Honeywood is situated in Sea Park which is between Port Shepstone
and Hibberdene and is close to all amenities such as the Port Shepstone
CBD, shopping centres and beaches. |

Nestled amongst the trees in Sea Park, 5 kilometres North of Port Shepstone, you will find our seven fully equipped self-catering chalets.
Each chalet is comfortably and uniquely decorated, all with king size beds downstairs and a twin sleeper loft bedroom upstairs. Both bedrooms are fitted with 100 percent cotton percale bed lined and have en-suite bathrooms with white cotton bath towels.
The chalets all have TV with DSTV and outside verandas which look out onto the forest garden. The kitchens are fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge.
Relax on the veranda, dine in the restaurant or take a walk in the lush garden. However you choose to unwind.
At The Cellar we offer an intimate dining experience unlike any other on the KwaZulu Natal South Coast. Owner and chef, Dylan Smith will tantalise your taste buds with his regularly changing menu of contemporary fusion style cooking.
Co-owner and Dylan’s’ wife, Kate, will make sure that you are comfortable and that all of your needs are seen to in the cosy atmosphere of the restaurant while the chef cooks up a storm in the kitchen. The Cellar is also available for private functions such as birthday parties and end of year functions.
Our forest garden is home to an abundance of bird life and butterflies and can be appreciated from all the chalets outside verandas.
Get married on our luscious lawn or around our pool and then head down through the magical forest surrounds to our Lapa. Fairy lights and lanterns in the trees light you way in the evenings secluding you from the rest of the world.
The Lapa is quoted fully set up according to the package you choose, all it will need is the final personal touches that make your wedding unique.
