Mziki Lodge Accommodation

Main Lodge:
4 rooms are located in the main Lodge building, 2 on either side, facing out onto a sparkling swimming pool, overlooking a waterhole where game drink regularly.

Chalets:
3 Thatched twin or king-size bedded stand alone chalets each with a lounge, veranda and en-suite bathroom, situated in a semicircle in our lush indigenous garden.

Rondavels:
2 Thatched twin or king-size bedded stand alone rondavels each with a lounge, veranda and en-suite bathroom, situated in a semicircle in our lush indigenous garden.

The Lodge is ideal for those who want to slip into relaxation and enjoy the superb South African climate.

Dinners at Mziki are always an event, served in the ´Boma by a roaring fire with fantastic views of game coming to quench their thirst by the lit waterhole.
After an aperitif a delicious 3 course menus await the hungry explorer.

Directions to Mziki Safari Lodge:
From JHB Airport
As you exit the airport turn onto the R21 towards Pretoria. Follow the highway until the N1 turnoff.
Turn onto the N1 north, towards Polokwane, Bela Bela. Follow the N1 to the N4, do not turn towards Witbank, take the second N4 off ramp towards Rustenburg.
Go through 2 tollgates, about 10 Rand each. Take the R511, Brits turnoff. Turn right onto the R511 Drive through Brits, do not turn. After the last traffic lights follow the road for approx. 36 Km until you see the Mziki Safari Lodge signs.
At the gate please call the Lodge to open the Gate.

Directions from JHB:
Follow William Nichol R511 past Diepsloot to R511 Hartebeespoort turnoff. Follow winding and mountainous road past 2 stop signs; 2 traffic lights; another 2 stop signs. At 5th stop take the R511 direction Brits. At the T-junction take the R511 left into and through Brits .
After Brits now following the R511 towards Thabazimbi. 36 km after Brits turn left towards Vaalkopdam and Beestekraal at the T-junction turn left followed by a right turn after 1 km.
Follow the road for a few kilometers until you see a hill with a water reservoir. Enter at the foot of the hill and follow the sand road to the Mziki Safari lodge Gate. Enter the gate and follow road to the lodge.
