Mientjie Park is situated in the escarpment of Mpumalanga, in the small town of Sabie. Sabie was popular as a camping and resting place for hunters and explorers long before the discovery of gold in the vicinity. We also have top of the range camp sites, fully lawned and paved, consisting of individual ablution facilities, wash-up, braai and power points. All activities at the coast, can be arranged and booked from our

Sabie River, originally known as Ulusaba or "River of Fear",
flows through the town. Mientjie Park is situated on the outskirts of
Sabie in the direction of Graskop and Pilgrims Rest.
We are centrally located to places of interest such as the Sudwala Caves,
Graskop, the historical town of Pilgrims Rest and the Kruger National
Park.
Mientjie Park is an ideal stopover for tours, families, and friends. It
offers a joyful playground for children where they can swing, slide, swim,
take pony rides and feed the animals.
Mientjie Park Accommodation
Accommodation consists of five two-bedroom Cottages which overlook the
park.
The restaurant provides light meals and the well-known Old Sawmill Pub
is there to quench your thirst.
The pub area is a biker's haven with a drive-in parking for all bikers.

Each unit is a two-bedroom cottage with an open-plan living area and a
kitchen with a microwave and a bar fridge only. There is a separate bathroom
with a shower and toilet.
