Albany House is very well located only 5 mins walk from the beach front and close to the famous V and A Waterfront.
The Guesthouse has only five double rooms all with private shower/toilet and wash basin.
The pool is located at the back of the house with a sunny private sun deck.
The front house has a small garden which leads on to the stoop of the house which is ideal to relax and watch the world go by.
Free wireless internet is available to guests.
There are many restaurants within ten mins walk from the guesthouse some 24 hours, breakfast can be arranged at the guesthouse for an additional R35 per head the evening before.

The room has its own entrance from the front of the house with a private balcony and seating area to watch the world go by and feel the friendly and viby atmosphere that Sea point has become again. The room offers a lounge area and fireplace for the odd cold night if your out of season. A private internal door willl take you to the kitchen and to the pool area.

Double bed, en suite shower area and toilet ( the original one and only bathroom in this victorian house which happens to be the biggest in area) entrance from the pool terrece. Its a quiet and private room.

Directions to Albany House
Follow signs from the city center towards Sea Point on High Level Road. After about 1.5 km look out for Albany Rd on the right hand side a one way road towards the sea front.
A large block of flats on your right will be a land mark at your turn.
Albany House is the 2nd to last detached house on your right.
