• 1 double bedroom with open balcony and Signal Hill views

Living Areas:
• Large lounge and inter-leading separate dining room, both with magnificent 180º sea views and open wrap-around balcony. Binoculars provided for your use.
• The Family Room with open balcony, has colour TV and DVD player, and views of Signal Hill. There is also a sleeper couch if requested. DSTV available on request or bring your own smart card.
• Fully equipped kitchen with double door fridge-freezer, double oven and hob, automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, etc.
• 2 full bathrooms. Quality bath and hand towels are provided.

Security and Parking:
• A maid service is provided 3-days a week. Additional service if requested.
• Your own garage with remote control if requested
• 24-hour manned security on the premises
