Villa Sunshine Guest House & Sunshine Letting Self catering apartments are owner managed and we pride ourselves on our hospitality, and personal attention to detail.

Villa Sunshine Guest House Accommodation

Our accommodation comprises 7 individually decorated en-suite (shower) bedrooms, most with private patios or balconies overlooking the Atlantic Sea Board of Cape Town.
Each room has a TV with M-Net (movie channel), telephone, tea tray with home made biscuits, hair dryer, fan, heater and safe. DSTV available in the lounge.

Accommodation is on a bed and breakfast basis and our tariff includes a gourmet breakfast, served either in the stylish breakfast room or on the sunny patio overlooking the sparkling pool.

A lounge, boasting a well stocked bar fridge, ADSL Internet and Wireless Internet access, is available for evening relaxation.

Sunshine Letting Self Catering Apartments are newly renovated, luxury self catering units in a small upmarket complex called Planet Africa. It is complete with large swimming pool, gym and laundry and is within walking distance from Villa Sunshine Guesthouse.

The apartments are furnished and decorated by an interior designer, and gives you the feeling of being away from home with all the comforts of an upmarket establishment. All the furnishings are of the highest quality and it has a very modern design.
It is situated within walking distance from Villa Sunshine Guesthouse, in Kei Apple road Sea Point.

The accommodation range from:
- Studio apartments (max 3 people)
- One bedroom apartment (max 4 people)
- Two bedroom apartment (max 6 people)
- Three bedroom townhouse

Studio apartments (max 3 people):
· Queen size bed, fitted with superior percale linen
· A very comfortable ¾ Sleeper couch

· 2 Studio apartments have a large garden/patio complete with garden furniture. The other studio apartments are on the 1st floor of the complex

THE AREA:
Bantry Bay and Sea Point are known for their near perfect climate and exclusive neighbourhoods. Sheltered by Signal Hill, this wind free area is perfect for long summer days and nights.

The sparkling Atlantic at its feet and mighty Lions Head in the background make for a dramatic setting. Midway between the Waterfront and Camps Bay, we are very well situated for easy access to the amazing variety of leisure spots on the Atlantic seaboard, its world class restaurants and shopping centres.

Clifton Beaches are within walking distance from the guesthouse and a 5 min drive from the apartments. The famous Seapoint promenade invites for an evening stroll to watch the sunset.
Table Mountain, city centre, the Convention centre as well as the 2010 Worldcup football stadium are all a 5 minute drive away.
