Throughout the year, renowned local and international jazz artists perform at the brunch, in summer in the Mediterranean setting of the courtyard.

The Ginkgo Health and Wellness Spa at Winchester Mansions with full range of treatments composed of traditional, Asian and global accents.
Therapy principles based on traditional and ancient practice of healing by the human touch.
The standards set, are to be compatible with the Hotel, it is luxurious in décor and service with attention to detail, pampering and friendly hospitality.

Each treatment culminates with a tea service featuring a selection of herbal infusions to relax or invigorate - enjoyed in the comfort of the spas lounge area.

Our conference and boardroom facilities are not to be overlooked.
· Arcadia 1 a cosy venue with windows and air-conditioning, situated at the rear end of the hotel with a separate entrance from Hall Road. This venue can seat up to 40 delegates in cinema style seating.
· Arcadia 2 a slightly larger venue with windows and air-conditioning, situated directly next to Arcadia 1 with interleading doors. This room also has a separate entrance from Hall Road. We can seat up to 55 delegates in the venue in cinema style seating.
· The Constance Room a stylish warm room, which is lovely for presentations or those larger conferences.
The room is air-conditioned and can seat up to 100 delegates in cinema style seating.

As a boutique property we strive to deliver personalised service and make your conference a memorable one. For the normal tea/coffee break, why not do something a little more fun, like tea/coffee across the road on Sea Point Promenade, an early morning break on the front terrace with the fresh sea air to wake you up, lunch in our breathtaking courtyard, etc.

We have a range of beautiful venues to choose from, ones that will add the final touch in making your function a huge success.

· The lounge is a stylish warm room which is lovely for private entertaining. It can seat 60 people at 6 round tables.
· The Courtyard set in the style of an Italian Piazza with a fountain as its centrepiece.
Surrounded by greenery, seating up to 100 people at 10 round or rectangular tables. (We require a minimum of 60 guests to block of this venue.)
· The Courtyard Facing Restaurant for those more intimate functions overlooks the picturesque Courtyard. It can seat 40 people at 4 round or rectangular tables.
· Harvey’s at the Mansions, our main restaurant which overlooks the ocean, with a warm but modern feel to it, can accommodate up to 80 people at rectangular tables.


You want to carry on your sports routine? All first class facilities are available nearby. Golf, gym, horse riding, paragliding or sailing, whatever you desire is only a short drive away.

Winchester staff are always on hand assisting you with secretarial services, e-mail & internet, as well as your air and ground travel plans including the arrangement of scenic tours of the Cape Peninsula and beyond.

HEATED SWIMMING POOL:
Our outdoor pool is 47.5 Square metres and more than big enough for the amateur swimmer or someone wishing to cool off. However for the budding professionals needing something bigger ... just a ten minute walk away is an olympic sized open air public pool along the promenade.

At the Winchester Mansions Hotel we welcome kids of all ages. We have a variety of amenities and services to make your family holiday a little easier.

Tip: Bear in mind children need a holiday too! Besides all the exciting adventures for children on offer, let them play by the hotels pool or take them to one of the near by beaches to enjoy themselves.

Our friendly drivers namely Shaheed and Mavuso are one of the many reasons that guests return to 'The Mansions' time and time again.
They have all been with us for a number of years and have a great knowledge of the local area. There is nothing better to have a familiar smiling face to greet you at the Airport after a long flight.
