Sedgefield is renowned for its long, open beaches which afford long walks next to the sea and are never crowded, even at peak times.

Directions to Suikerbekkie
When travelling on the N2 highway between Knysna and Mossel Bay, turn into Sedgefield at the only set of traffic lights on the highway in Sedgefield.
You will see a Total service station from the highway and after you have turned, it will be on your right hand side.
Pass the service station and continue straight on up to the traffic circle. Continue around the circle and exit at the third road to the right.
The road will take you to the Sedgefield lagoon.
Continue on this road next to the lagoon for 1.5 km to Suikerbekkie Drive on the left.
Right after you pass the small craft launching facility, take Suikebekkie Drive to the left and continue on until you find the house on the left hand side.
