This house has stunning views of Boulders Beach, the Penguin Colony and across the ocean towards the Hottentot Mountain. It boasts a variety of good restaurants and Simons Town Golf Course is in close proximity. |

Four bedrooms on two levels, two bathrooms, spacious open plan, fully
equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge all opening onto a seaview wooden
deck overlooking Boulders Beach, and across False Bay to the Hottentots
mountains over the ocean. There is a fenced swimming pool in the garden.
Penguin View - Self-catering
The house is on the 'Sea-side' of the main road, from the garden there
is a gate that leads to Secluse Lane which is an easy stroll down to Boulders
Beach. There is access to a pool which is in the garden and is for the
use of both units. This unit has two bedrooms plus a mezzanine bedroom.
The main bedroom has a Queen sized bed with breathtaking views to wake
up to. The other bedroom has two single beds with same views and the mezzanine
bedroom has two single beds also with sea views. there are two bathrooms
- one with bath and shower and the other with a shower with full ocean
views, the kitchen is spacious and is open plan with dining room and lounge
all opening onto a large wooden sea view deck. The house is footsteps
from Boulders Beach with its famous penguin colony. which is lovely for
children.
