Déjà View - It’s a pretty name. Roughly translated, it means `A view already’, which was true of the charming enclave in which it was built in the ‘70s – situated on the lower slopes of the mountain, all 20 of the white-walled houses, with their green woodwork and grey-tiled roofs, have a view of the yacht and naval harbour. It’s close to the main road, 39 steps up in fact. So leave your car in the lock-up garage attached to the house and walk down to the pub and pizza place, restaurants – sushi, fish, fine and fashionable – and shops. Turn right on the main road and in 15 minutes you’re at Boulders, home of the African Penguin colony. |
