All rooms and patio are spacious and tastefully decorated. Modern fully-fitted
open plan kitchen and lounge with large sliding doors opening onto spacious
patio with panoramic sea views ideal for entertaining. One bedroom with
king size bed, loads of mirrored BIC and writing desk. All 100% cotton
white percale linen used. Request your choice of pillow when booking.
One modern en-suite bathroom with shower over bath, bidet, toilet and
basin. Bedroom has large French doors opening onto a private pebbled courtyard
with mountain views and a washing line. Braai/barbecue facility on sea
view patio. Lock up remote-controlled single garage. Quiet cul-de-sac.
Peaceful, sunny and safe area. DStv, Radio and CD player. Fully-equipped
kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher,oven and hob. Large fridge/freezer,
microwave,coffee machine, iron, hair-dryer and all electrical appliances.
Linen and towels included and changed on a regular basis. Servicing of
apartment can be arranged for long lets. Private entrance.
Studio - Self-catering
The studio consists of a room with two new single beds pushed together
(or separated) and a fully equipped kitchenette. En-suite bathroom with
shower over bath, basin, toilet and wardrobe. The room has French doors
opening out to your own private courtyard with mountain views. Garden
table, chairs, sun loungers and a portable braai. 100% white percale linen
used. Cotton bath and beach towels supplied and changed on a regular basis.
Mountain views only, there is no sea view from this studio. Added features:
Own separate private entrance. Quiet and safe area in a cul de sac with
no traffic and no street lights. Well appointed studio with sunshine summer
and winter. Lovely mountain views. TV Radio and CD player. Excellent Wi-Fi
connection. Safe street parking, visible from bedsitter. Close to the
best walks in the Cape Peninsula. Use of laundry facilities at a nominal
fee. Regret no children or pets. Regret not wheel chair friendly.
