The Grosvenor Guest House is run by owner Debbie Smuts and manager Natasha who go the extra mile in ensuring that your stay is always a memorable and pleasant experience.

Your welcome is always warm and friendly, your suite well prepared and immaculate. The personnel at The Grosvenor will ensure that anything which may not be to your complete satisfaction is attended to without delay.

Your hostesses are always available to assist you in making informed choices in restaurant venues, tourist attractions, car hire and will assist in travel arrangements where necessary.

The Grosvenor Guest House Accommodation

Suites are fully equipped for bed and breakfast guests with pristine, high quality percale linen on our beds. Each room has a hospitality tray on which you will find tea, coffee, sugar, sweetener, milk and cups and saucers. Please feel free to ask management to stock you up should you run out of any of these.
Suites are provided with fans, electric blankets, heaters, extra blankets and pillows should you require them.
Bathrooms are equipped with personal toiletries and high quality towels which are rotated daily.

Transfers from and to Cape Town International Airport can be arranged. Please make arrangements in advance with management.

We will advise on and arrange car hire for you.

The lounge is a communal entertainment area free for guests to use to relax and watch TV, listen to music or have a sundowner. The honesty bar is in the dining room area and is available for guests to use.

Centrally located in Simon's Town high up against the mountain slopes, the Grosvenor Guest House offers you an ideal base from which to explore the Cape Point Route. A winding pathway from the guest house will take you down to the Main Road of Simon's Town and directly into the village with its myriad of interesting little clothing, jewellery, furniture, curio and bric-a-brac stores, coffee shops and restaurants.
