Nestled in amongst the coral trees and cabbage trees, just over the road from Southbroom Golf Course’s 12th green, is Coral Tree Colony Bed and Breakfast - a beautiful, custom built Colonial-style guesthouse with wide, shady verandas. Southbroom is in a Malaria Free area. |

Accommodation at Coral Tree Colony Bed and Breakfast
Each of Coral Tree Colony’s six en suite double rooms with separate entrances open onto a private veranda with views down the fairways all the way to the sea. There is secure, off street parking with remote controls.
Comfortable extra-large beds - either king-size or twin - have 100 percent cotton Percale linen. Two of the rooms have an en-suite bath and shower. The remaining four have an en-suite shower. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and heated towel rail, television, bar fridge, tea tray and hairdryer. Water heated by solar power.

Both Continental and Full English Breakfasts are served either in the
dining room or on the breakfast terrace. Good restaurants are to be found
in both Southbroom and next door in Ramsgate.

There are three lovely nature trails in the village. Birdlife is exceptional.
Hoopoes, Kingfishers and Purple-Crested Turacos are regular visitors to
the garden. The red and blue duikers are endemic to the region. Bushbucks
are frequently seen on the fringes of patches of indigenous forest.
Vervet monkeys abound, with troops of up to 50 members or more - often sighted on the golf course or else heard clambering over the roof. River bend Crocodile farm is 2 kilometres away.
For the adventurous, Oribi Gorge offers spectacular views and extreme sports just 30 minutes away. A number of farm stalls and coffee shops are to be found on the drive south to Port Edward.
