"So-verby" means "just beyond" — beyond the border of Cape Town and Stellenbosch.
By coincidence it has an appropriate meaning in Danish too: "Sleep village"!.
The farm is centrally situated in the heart of the Stellenbosch winelands, close to golf courses, beaches and 20 minutes from Cape Town.

Soverby has eight rooms / suites and three self-catering cottages. All rooms stand apart from the main house and each has its own courtesy fridge, television, telephone and coffee / tea making facilities with home baked rusks supplied daily.
