Location & Attractions:
Strand is in an ideal location for sightseeing trips in the area - Cape
Town is 30 minutes drive (20 minutes to airport), the beautiful town of
Stellenbosch is 15 minutes north and within reach of a wide range of world-class
wineries.
The scenic Helderberg mountain and Helderberg Nature Park is also a must
to visit. The area is a golfer's paradise, the apartment is surrounded
by world class golf courses in fantastic settings.
Gordons Bay Harbour offers extensive boating, yachting and fishing activities
- other activities in the area include paragliding and windsurfing.
Hermanus is a beautiful coastal drive about an hour away where you can
experience unforgettable whale-watching and also Boulder Beach where you
can swim and sunbathe amongst penguins is a memorable experience.
