Cafe Franklyn Villa is an upmarket modern and light home is situated on a private golf estate and comprises four bedrooms and three bathrooms, all in a secure environment.

A large master bedroom with lounge area and en-suite bedroom with shower and jet bath features sliding doors opening onto the swimming pool area, while two bedrooms on the ground floor share a second bathroom with shower and bath.

Upstairs offers another en-suite bedroom, kitchenette and large patio.
The modern kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, as well as a separate scullery.

Directions to Cafe Franklyn Villa
Travelling along the N2 towards Cape Town, take Milnerton turn-off and continue until you see the Engen Garage on the right-hand side.
Turn into Loxton Road and at the set of traffic lights at the light house, turn right onto Marine Drive towards Sunset Beach. After the bridge, turn left into Sunset Beach at the Engen Garage and continue to the four-way stop.
Proceed straight and at the T-junction turn left towards Table Mountain to enter Sunset Links Security Estate
