Welcome to Rothesay House! This airy holiday home which sleeps up to 10 people is the ideal location for your next visit to Cape Town. It is situated in the quiet residential suburbs of Bloubergstrand. For your convenience shopping centres, entertainment, restaurants and all amenities are close by and it is only 1,5km from the Table View beachfront. A 20 minutes drive takes you to V&A Waterfront, centre of Cape Town or, in the other direction, Cape Town International airport and the beginning of the Wine Route.

For golfing enthusiasts the Atlantic Bay Golf Estate and Milnerton Golf Course are in the neighborhood.

Rothesay House Accommodation

Lower level consist of:
• Main bedroom (queen size bed) with bay door to patio.
• En-suite Bathroom and big dressing room.
• Child's bedroom - double bunk beds.
• Laundry - fully equipped.
• Dining room - seats 8
• Lounge with built in bar (incl. fridge) - TV with DSTV, DVD and mini Hi-Fi
• Bay door to patio
• Guest toilet
• Fully equipped kitchen - including dishwasher

Upper level consist of:
• Lounge - TV with M-Net - overlooks Table Mountain
• Kitchenette - microwave / kettle / toaster / fridge / etc
• Two bedrooms each with 2 x single beds
• Full bathroom

Rothesay House Facilities

· Double garage with electronic door and direct access into main house
· Laundry – fully equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer etc

Parking:
For one car in double garage or secure parking within the yard, behind locked gates.

Security:
Alarm with 24 hour response link. Caretaker permanently on premises - looks after garden, changes linen, etc.

Garden:
Barbecue and table with 8 chairs.

Unfortunately no pets are allowed. Weekly linen change included. Other services can be provided. A full time caretaker is willing to provide service if required including baby sitting services (negotiate directly with the caretaker).
