Tarn Country House is a 4 Star country house, which is family owned and managed.
The property is situated within the Whiskey Creek Nature Reserve, in the heart of the Garden Route.

This is where the Tsitsikamma and Outeniqua Mountains overlap and meet the Indian Ocean.
You can find us between Plettenberg Bay and Natures Valley, a few short kilometres from the spectacular coastline and sandy beaches.

We offer a choice of eight charmingly decorated and spacious bedrooms.
We have both twin bedded or double rooms.
Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower, and it’s own private entrance.

Directions to Tarn Country House
From Cape Town, follow the N2 all the way towards George.
Drive through Knysna and past Plettenberg Bay.
Remain on the N2. From the Bitou River Bridge, just outside of Plettenberg Bay, Tarn Country House is 9.2 km further on the left-hand side of the road.
Turn left at the second Tarn Country House sign.
From Port Elizabeth, follow the N2.
From the Tsitsikamma Toll Gate, Tarn Country House is 19.4 km further on the right-hand side of the road.
Turn right at the second Tarn Country House sign.
