There are two bathrooms and a separate toilet.
Both bathrooms have a bath; one has a shower and the other a shower over
the bath.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all standard appliances including a
dishwashing machine, washing machine, and stove as well as oven.
There is a television equipped with PVR and DVD player for all your electronic
enjoyment.
The spacious living room opens out onto a large balcony that offers panoramic
views.
Parking is available for two vehicles behind an electronic gate and there
is an alarm system to ensure the safety of all your belongings.

Directions to Clairwood House
From Cape Town City take Buitenkant Street (Next to Castle & Grand
Parade) Drive up Buitenkant continuing into Upper Buitenkant heading towards
Table Mountain.
Drive all the way to top where road curves to the left.
Turn right at Stop sign into Deer Park Drive.
You will see a children's park & a few shops & restaurants on
your right.
Turn into Clairwood Avenue (2nd road on left off Deer Park) No 7 is 4th
house on left.
