Directions to No 1 Ixia
Arriving in Cape Town on the N2, stay in the left lane and merge left
when passing hospital bend.
This becomes De Waal Drive.
Continue along De Waal Drive.
Before reaching town you will pass under a footbridge with a speed camera
on the left and a small park with trees.
Turn left directly after the park into Crassula Drive.
Continue up Crassula Drive and the road forks.
Take the right fork straight up the hill.
We are the first house on the left-hand side.
The bell is on the inside wall of the pedestrian gate.
