Die Stal" self catering is exactly what the name says -an old cow shed which has been transformed into a self catering cottage to give you that true farm feeling, situated on a farm 15km outside Winterton Kwa Zulu Natal, we boast with not only a spectacular view on the Drakensberg, but also the Tugela river flowing on the farm grounds, sleeping between 6 to 12 people it is great for groups of friends or families who wants a break away from the city life it consists of three bedrooms - 2 en-suite and a huge area for the kids to sleep with a fire place for those winter nights, it has a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a lapa with a braai area, so if you want to enjoy the outdoors the way mother nature intended it to be, |

Self-catering Cottage
The Cottage is perfect for a big group with three bedrooms furnished with
comfortable double beds, two of which are en-suite, and a large living
area furnished with single beds. The kitchen has a scullery and is fully
equipped. Guests can relax in the lounge which also has a fireplace and
the private lapa has braai facilities. Although smaller groups will be
accepted, please note preference will be given to a group of 12 people.

Directions to Die Stal Self-catering
From Winterton, merge onto the R74 and after 1 km turn right onto the R600. Follow the R600 for 1.8 km and turn right onto the Skietdrif Road; a gravel road. Follow the road for 9 km and keep an eye out for the Alpine View Farm sign. Take the turn off onto the specified road and follow the road until you reach the farm house. You will then be escorted to Die Stal Self-catering.
