Just 85 km from Durban on the N2, Zinkwazi is well known for its incredible bird life and its proximity to the Zululand Birding Route. Zinkwazi is a small village with an almost untouched 7 km lagoon that lies amongst lush subtropical vegetation that is typical of the North Coast of KwaZulu-Natal. The lagoon of Zinkwazi opens into a safe and protected beach that is just one of several beaches along this coast that form part of a nature conservancy.
