Centrally located on Cha am’s beach road facing the sea, Banlansuan Resort provides its guests with a cool, tranquil retreat amidst the bustle of this tropical seaside setting. Banlansuan is a boutique resort, renowned for its quality service and peaceful environment, with 39 air-conditioned rooms in two parallel wings. Its close proximity to the beach enables guests to swim, relax on deck-chairs and discover the area’s many exciting restaurants. Cha-am is two hours’ drive from Bangkok and 20 minutes from the royal resort of Hua Hin.

Banlansuan has 39 spacious guest rooms located in two low rise wings, angled to face the sea. All rooms are air conditioned and non smoking, each containing flat-screen TV, minibar, coffee maker and personal safe. Guests have a choice of three room types.

Accommodation

Superior Rooms -our rooms are decorated in harmonious bright and breezy pastel shades, with en suite bathroom complete with shower, ideal for singles or couples. Corner superior rooms are slightly larger.
Deluxe Rooms -the delightful wood and pastel décor reflects our proximity to the sea. Guests may choose rooms with and without jacuzzi, also with and without small verandah. The in-room sofa may be used as an extra small bed.
Connecting Rooms -ideal for families, these two-room apartments are a combination of deluxe and superior rooms with a connecting door, providing the additional space that guests with children prefer.

Santorini Park -inspired by the Greek Island, Santporini Park is a popular shopping place and water park, with waterfalls, dancing fountains and fairground attractions.
Swiss Sheep Farm -ideal for children, the farm provides opportunities to hand-feed the resident sheep and enjoy rides designed for kiddies.
Black Mountain Water Park -lots of watery fun for children with giant slides, wave pool, river and much more.

Maruekhathaiyawan Palace - this beautiful wooden palace next to the sea and its stylish gardens are now a museum showing how royalty relaxed in olden times
Plearwan -a community of period-style shops and restaurants selling food & drink items from yesteryear as well as shirts, hats and other knick-knacks.
The Venezia -Italian themed shopping and dining attraction with its own gondolas & horse-drawn carriages. Lots of photo ops in this stylish establishment
Cha am ATV Park -paintball, archery, horse riding but most of all ATV driving on 3 graded tracks for beginners up to experts

Directions to Banlansuan Resort

Plane
Visitors from abroad can fly to the primary airport of Bangkok. Direct flights are scheduled into Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi International Airport, from many main airports around the world. You can also have a connecting flight from the Suvarnabhumi International Airport to Hua Hin around 45 minutes by plane. The other option in getting is to take a bus, mini bus, train, taxi, car and limousine. Generally Hua Hin town, is 230 kilometres southwest of Bangkok which is a 3 hour drive. Arriving from Hua Hin Airport you can take a van, tuk tuk, or taxi going to the hotel. It is a 20 minute drive from Hua Hin downtown.

Bus and Mini Bus
Hourly bus services are available from Southern Bus Terminal. You can take either an air conditioned or non air conditioned buses which ply the route from Southern Bus Terminal to Srasong Road in Hua Hin. Some of these buses will take you further south like the adjoining district of Pranburi and Petchburi. Passengers to Hua Hin get down at the Clock Tower located at the heart of town. Reservation is required to secure seats and must be book in person. In Bangkok, minibuses start from Ratchawitee Hospital near the Victory Monument. Minibuses unload passengers in a site off Petchkasem Road in the centre of town. Buses fare range from THB 160 to THB 200.

Taxi or Car
You can also flag down taxi or hire a car and drive all the way to Hua Hin. There are two routes from Bangkok to Hua Hin. The shorter one is along Thonburi-Paktho Road, via Samut Songkhram, Petchkasem Highway and along the route to Prachuab Khirikhan. The longer one is via Nakhon Pathom, Ratchaburi and Petchaburi. Fare is around THB 3000.

Train
Train is a safer and comfortable way to reach Hua Hin from Bangkok. Trains run from Hua Lum Pong Railway Station in Bangkok to the historic Hua Hin railway station. Both stations can be reached easily.
