The Hen" was once the summer vacation home for the "Diskul" royal family. It was know to the public as the "Office of the Diskul family". The Hen is located in a very private and cozy seaside area of Hua Hin that maintains its classic luxury to this day.

Originally a contemporary bungalow during the late reign of King Rama VII,"The Hen" has been fully renovated to reminisce the traditional Hua Hin style of relaxation. The decor is a combinnation of vintage white with colonial furnishings for that truly relaxing experience.

Fitted for people looking for privacy,this room is for guests looking for peace and quit.A private Jacuzzi and terrace in the garden is perfact for couples looking to spend time together.

The Chick Sea View

The perfect view of the seaside is well suited for romance. A bathtub in the middle room creates a romantic mood for couples. Sofa space area is also where you could relax and enjoy the sea view.

The Rooster or The Chicken Pool Villa

A European style room with high ceilings, this room has a clear view of the lawn and its own private pool.The pantry separates the pool from the bedroom and is accommodated by indoor and outdoor bathrooms.

The Pullet Pool View

This room is a special single bedroom located at the main poolside.

The Pleiades Sea View

This sea view room is separated into a living room and a bedroom. Along with the sofa space where you could relax.

Le Chapon -you will exprerience an old seaside atmosphere while sipping English style afternoon tea.
Pool -our main pool and a jacuzzi use a salt water chlorinator system that will refresh your skin and save the environment

Directions to The Hen

Plane
Visitors from abroad can fly to the primary airport of Bangkok. Direct flights are scheduled into Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi International Airport, from many main airports around the world. You can also have a connecting flight from the Suvarnabhumi International Airport to Hua Hin around 45 minutes by plane. The other option in getting is to take a bus, mini bus, train, taxi, car and limousine. Generally Hua Hin town, is 230 kilometres southwest of Bangkok which is a 3 hour drive. Arriving from Hua Hin Airport you can take a van, tuk tuk, or taxi going to the hotel. It is a 10 minute drive from Hua Hin downtown.

Bus and Mini Bus
Hourly bus services are available from Southern Bus Terminal. You can take either an air conditioned or non air conditioned buses which ply the route from Southern Bus Terminal to Srasong Road in Hua Hin. Some of these buses will take you further south like the adjoining district of Pranburi and Petchburi. Passengers to Hua Hin get down at the Clock Tower located at the heart of town. Reservation is required to secure seats and must be book in person. In Bangkok, minibuses start from Ratchawitee Hospital near the Victory Monument. Minibuses unload passengers in a site off Petchkasem Road in the centre of town. Buses fare range from THB 160 to THB 200.

Taxi or Car
You can also flag down taxi or hire a car and drive all the way to Hua Hin. There are two routes from Bangkok to Hua Hin. The shorter one is along Thonburi-Paktho Road, via Samut Songkhram, Petchkasem Highway and along the route to Prachuab Khirikhan. The longer one is via Nakhon Pathom, Ratchaburi and Petchaburi. Fare is around THB 3000.

Train
Train is a safer and comfortable way to reach Hua Hin from Bangkok. Trains run from Hua Lum Pong Railway Station in Bangkok to the historic Hua Hin railway station. Both stations can be reached easily.
