Waterberry Lodge is in Livingstone Zambia for visiting Victoria Falls.
About Waterberry Lodge
Our small, friendly, informal lodge is just 30 minutes from Livingstone but in the heart of the wild.
GettingHere
After a short drive from Livingstone, you'll turn left off the main road and wind your way through our mopane woodland towards the river to reach Waterberry.
We're in a breathtakingly secluded position on the banks of the spectacular Zambezi River, with wonderful views of the Zimbabwean game park on the opposite bank.
Location
Waterberry Lodge is situated in a breathtakingly secluded location approximately 30 minutes upstream from the Victoria Falls on the Zambian side of the Zambezi River.
It's the perfect setting for a holiday visiting the amazing Victoria Falls and enjoying the wide range of activities around Livingstone before heading off to explore wonderful Zambia.
It's also within easy reach of neighbouring Botswana, Zimbabwe, and Namibia.
Accommodation
At Waterberry, our comfortable bedrooms are in thatched cottages set around sweeping lawns-some on the riverbank, some overlooking our own secluded private dam with its beautiful birdlife.
All the en-suite rooms have their own decks for sunbathing, birdwatching, private dinners, or just relaxing-ideal for recovering from a long flight to reach us or relaxing after the rigours of early morning and late-night safari drives.
Guests love our informal style and our friendly, welcoming staff who do all they can to make your stay a truly memorable Zambezi experience.
Relaxation and Dining
Waterberry is the perfect place just to rest and watch the view from the large terrace, the floating sun deck, the upstairs viewing lounge and bar area, or around the large swimming pool.
And our food is great too - enjoy alfresco meals, traditional bush dinners, or barbecues cooked under the stars.
Rooms at WaterberryLodge
Waterberry Zambezi Lodge has a range of comfortable accommodation, close enough to Livingstone to enjoy all the activities there, but far enough away to escape the crowds and feel a real sensation of being in the wild.
Our double, twin, or family bedrooms feature high thatch ceilings (nice and cool in the hot sun), comfortable beds, en-suite bathrooms, mosquito nets, and fans.
Most have private decks overlooking the river or our private dam (great for sundowners, private dinners, birdwatching, or just sitting around with a good book).
