Take a stroll around the village, you will find a couple of souvenir stands
(t-shirts, cloth and beads), some food stalls but mostly the locals sitting
around chatting. thats pretty much the village covered ... but take note
Never seen this anywhere else before but around the island of Apo you will find this notice ... its part of the drive to keep the Islands culture in tact and unspoiled and because there is no power after 10 most people go to bed and awake early, daylight hours run the island.
The people on the island are very open and friendly, if you want to find out more about life on the island and what they do go and have a chat, they will happily invite you into thier home and also ask questions about you, exchange cultures and ideas and make some new friends.
