Book Alder and you will enjoy an amazing open plan living area featuring cherry flooring and coordinating soft furnishings and artwork. Your designer kitchen featuring USA super size fridge and ice/ water dispenser; and SMEG dishwasher/ cooker/ceramic hob and built in microwave.
Your dining area opens onto a decked courtyard with pub garden style outdoor furniture and water feature. Your open plan lounge has two super size leather couches, a designer fire place and south facing patio windows looking toward the Solway Firth and Lake District peaks.
Alder provides three large bedrooms. Two have super king size beds and the third bedroom two full size single beds. (Both your super king beds will convert into two single beds – just let us know your needs). Your luxury family bathroom has a curved glass rain shower and a separate free standing double ended bath.
Book Acorn and you will have a luxury super sized home for two, with the added benefit of category one wheel chair accessibility. Wide doors, no steps inside or outside and a kitchen and wet room designed to meet the varying needs of all guests.
Your sunny south facing lounge/ dinner has a coffee table and a circle glass and leather dinning table and chairs. There is a TV, DVD player with surround sound and Free View. Your lounge opens onto a decked area with outdoor furniture and features a gentle slope down to the paved parking area. Your kitchen has work surfaces at two levels, with lever tap and lower level wall units for easy access.
The two induction hobs and combination oven, microwave grill can be repositioned around the kitchen for ease of use. Your luxury oversized bedroom features a super king size bed which can be converted into two full size single beds if you prefer. In your designer en-suite wet room, the shower can be operated from any level and the under-floor heating warms the non slip floor nicely .
In addition, they are able to provide if requested left or right handed support bars around the wc, and a height adjustable shower seat. Just let them know your needs and they will prepare the rooms to ensure you have a luxury holiday home that feels good for you.

Drive North on M6 past Carlisle
Continue onto A74 entering Scotland
At junction 22 exit toward Dumfries/Stranraer
Merge onto A75, drive past Annan and continue on A75 towards Carutherstown
Turn left onto at B725 signposted Clarencefield,
At T junction turn left onto B724 signposted Clarencefield
Drive into Clarencefield Village and pass Village Hall on your left
Immediately take the next right off village road onto the lane
Pass Rose Cottage and Archvilla on your right
Acorn & Alder @ The Cedars are next on right, with solar panels on
roof, behind beech hedge.
