Welcome to Mayo
Mayo is the largest village of the 3 very small villages (Mayo,
Keno City and Stewart Crossing) in the Yukon, Canada, along the
Silver Trail and the Stewart River.
In 2006 the population was 248 and between the 1914s and 1950s
the community of Mayo was a mining village. It is also the home

people".
The village of Mayo is serviced by Mayo Airport. It was formerly
known as Mayo Landing. The village was named after former circus
acrobat turned settler and explorer Alfred Mayo. The only school
