About Brighton
…a quiet space ideally suited for the business or pleasure traveller…..
We purchased this grand old building and had the space redesigned into
apartments in 1990. In 2003 the first tourist apartment (28-1), a one
bedroom, was renovated and furnished. Next, the bachelor apartment was
created, 28-1 (b), and in July 2009 the second floor apartment, 28-2,
was made into a furnished unit.
We both love the unique character of this building with its: post and
beam construction, wide baseboards, door frames, high ceilings, stair
cases and interesting history. Even the large Linden and Elm trees out
front add a grandeur to the site. It has a great location which is close
to the Charlottetown harbour and Victoria Park – a major green space
in our city.
