Montague gives you more of a inland feel because it is not flat and this adds an unique characteristic. This busy little town is the service center of Kings Country which also makes it a regional centre of business and commerce, an excellent place for investment. While travelling through and around this town, do buy a ticket for the Manada Cruise, which offers a two-hour boat tour to Prince Edward Island's largest seal colony. The surrounding area is also quite picturesque, and has been termed the "Hills and Harbours" area by the Province's tourist authourity. For the food lovers, Prince Edward Island is noted for its cuisine. There are a lot of island receipes for you to experience in the restaurants in the Town of Montague and area. The Waterfront offers periodic entertainment with performances at the gazebo and the Waterfront is often the site for recreational activities and events. Or enjoy nature walks, kayaking and horse riding at Brundenell River Provincial Park.
