Our Sand Piper, Sand Dune, Sand Stone and Sand Dollar deluxe cottages are artfully arranged around the curve of our coast to overlook the serene panoramic water view. Our 4 acre property is located on a peaceful "no exit" road a short 10 minute drive from Montague. All our guests are invited to make use of our flower, herb and vegetable gardens, bikes, canoes and barbeques. The water is warm and safe for swimming. At low tide, you can dig soft-shell clams, walk for miles beachcombing, and watch for the beautiful waterfowl that come to feed along the shoreline. We are close to white sand beaches, nature trails, boat cruises, and championship golf courses.

There are opportunities for antique hunting, kayak tours, local theater and musical entertainment, summer festivals and delicious Island seafood and produce.

Sand Piper Cottage
Fully equipped two bedroom cottage with hardwood floors, queen beds and quality linens. Scenic and serene location 100 ft. from the water. Kitchen, dining and living areas. Sofa bed, Satellite TV, CD player, alarm clock, ceiling fan, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, gas barbeque, screened sun porch, deck, all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, linens, bath/shower and towels supplied.

Sand Dune Cottage
Fully equipped two bedroom cottage with pine floors, queen beds and quality linens. Scenic and serene location 100 ft. from the water. Kitchen, dining and living areas. Sofa bed, Satellite TV, CD player, alarm clock, ceiling fan, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, gas barbeque, separate washer and dryer, screened sun porch, front and back decks, all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, linens, bath/shower and towels supplied.
