I'm glad you've meandered down our lane. It's hard to believe
you are in the City of Summerside, PEI. Our bed and breakfast sits
on approximately 100 acres of farm land. Come visit the sheep in
the orchard, or relax under the trees while strains of bagpipe music
linger in the background. Knit in time to the bagpiper's reel!
Our farm home has been renovated and decorated with comfort in
mind. Whether you require luxury or budget rooms, no stairs or 2
beds in a room for your B&B visit, we aim to accommodate your
needs.
Relaxing colors, soothing lines, and antiques can be found throughout
the house. Join me on the porch for tea, or curl up by the fire
and we'll knit for a while.

Willowgreen Farm Bed & Breakfast Accommodation
Suites:
Country Romance
Read the hours away in an overstuffed chair in the sitting area, or lay
back on the massive king-sized reproduction pencil post bed. A double
whirlpool tub awaits you, just steps away in its own alcove. The fireplace,
with its Victorian cover, adds to the welcoming atmosphere. In the en-suite
bath, the decorative theme continues on.
Sweet Dreams
This cozy room in soothing blues and shades of rose has a double bed.
Its bathroom features a long tub, great for bubbles and reflection.
Country Heart
Sojourn on the comfy bed, relax on the wicker settee with a book, or just
dream by the window while you look across the acres. The painted wood
floor complements this heart-filled country room and its mellow warmth.
The private en-suite bath contains a shower engulfed by country flowers,
enhanced by a cedar ceiling. Air-conditioned!
Country Charm
Once inside, you will be "charmed" by the sight of the painted
floor - a block design, with a welcoming floral vine. The first room has
a double bed, but go up a step into the room which contains the queen-sized
bed. Wicker chairs frame a window, where you can daydream the hours away
while looking out over the lawns and pasture. Perhaps you'll catch the
sheep or goats at their silly antics. The bathroom is tucked in between
the rooms; country decor and craft is its theme.
Country Haven
Come relax in a bubble bath or whirlpool, while the sea breezes blow over
you, and the leaves rustle in the tree just outside your window. The bathroom
is decorated in an English garden theme, while the room is done in restful
greens and pleasureful plums. The lace duvet covers a queen-sized bed
in this large room. There is also an overstuffed loveseat in which to
enjoy some cozy moments.
Simply Country
Relax amid country colors - enjoy a good night's rest in a four-poster
queen-sized bed. Awaken amongst antiques which add charm to the room.
Perhaps you will read for awhile on the porch, compose a letter at the
roll-top desk, or rock to your heart's content in your own little haven.
This large room also features a full en-suite bath.
Country Memories
Dream about days gone by, cuddled underneath a quilt on a high- backed
bed. Look out across to the fields and pasture through the garden doors.
This serene room opens onto its own small, private porch. Furnished solely
in antiques, this room has 2 double beds and its own en-suite 3-piece
bath with shower.
Country Hide-Away
A cool hide-away, decorated in warm tones of burgundy and teal. Period
antiques and lacy curtained windows give this room a cozy atmosphere.
Furnished with both a double and 3/4 bed, there is also plenty of room
to squeeze in a cot, if need be. Its private bath features a shower surrounded
by a sun, moon and stars theme. Relaxing here on a warm summer afternoon,
one would never know it is a basement room.
What's For Breakfast?
Start each morning pampered by one of our daughters. She will start you
out with a mellow coffee, tea, or a selection of herbal teas. You will
choose a juice before receiving a bountiful fruit cup.
Help yourself to a selection of cereals, or skip cereal and save room
for your entree. Every morning of your stay we provide you with a differing
delight, some of our own unique creations. Our varied menu includes fruit
in-season, madefrom-scratch pancakes, french toast, baked french toast,
cheesy quiche, country poached eggs or boiled eggs, coffee cakes, or perhaps
something new we are trying out.
Entrees are accompanied by homemade breads or muffins, depending on
the selection available. We strive to serve you a visually pleasing, appetizing,
delicious breakfast to complement your stay with us and start your day
off right. We also do our best to cater to special dietary needs.
